Simon Shelter is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 20+ years PQE, with extensive project management experience in the healthcare sector, having worked as head of Capital Projects for 8 years at Mid Essex NHS Trust and a further 10 years as project manager and advising consultant to various clients. He is also a qualified Principle Design and has a wide experience in working for both client and contractor on new build and refurbishment projects. He has worked on various projects for several clients including: Provide CIC, Mid Essex Hospital Trust, Addenbrookes Hospital Trust, Cambridge University, Limehouse Trust Academy, Metropolitan Police, Essex County Council and various commercial clients.
